EnrichmentAt Waikowhai Intermediate School we recognise that we work with children who are emerging into adolescence, as such they still require comprehensive instruction in the 'basics' of numeracy and literacy. However, they are also more than ready to explore other learning areas, either for the first time or in more depth than previously. Waikowhai Intermediate School offers its students Enrichment and/or Extension through the following programmes; Mathematics/Business studies, English, Science, Food Technology, Dance/Drama, Choir, Rockband, Jazzband, Writing, Robotics, Media Studies and Horticulture.
