Paper Art    

Make paper personas using techniques of stamping, stitching, painting and burning using paper and recycle materials.   As we get older we don't give ourselves permission to play like we did when we were kids!  Enjoy a fun creative day working with paper, paint and textiles. Personas         Each persona is an individual  art work guaranteed to be a talking point!   The personas are created using paper, paint, cloth, thread, memorabelia, personal elements, objects and adornments (often recycled)  to create mini art works. 

Reuse, Reduce, Recycle and encourage New Zealand crafted gifts.  Prices $22.00 + postage .  A thread loop is attached for hanging, and on the reverse is a magnet for easy application on the fridge or office equipment.  The size is approx 20cm(h) x 8cm(w)  (8" x 3"), but will be wider if 'wings' are attached for instance. 

Here are a few suggestions for displaying your Persona:

* hang them on the Christmas tree (they have a wire loop attached)

* Bride 'sticks' are great fun for the gals night.  Decorate the dessert cake, table or gift packaging

* keep on the fridge (they have a magnet on the back)

* packaging presentation for your special gift, the art work becomes part of the gift

* table place settings - add a name to the persona, you're guest is sure to love taking this home.  Create a personal touch at your wedding; add individual names on each persona for the guest seating. 

* gift to a special friend, something from you they will always treasure.  A special piece of memorabilia could be attached onto the persona

* keep one at work with your favourite motivational text printed on the persona

* a great way to Reuse, Reduce, Recycle broken or odd jewellery pieces or special small objects you may have collected
