JV5 Series enables high-quailty printing at incredible speed. It takes only 90 seconds to print 1 square meter (10.76sqft) at 540 x 1,080dpi. The secret behind it lies in "high speed heads" composed of 180 x 8 lines of nozzles and "array of 4 staggered print heads" accomplished by excellent technical capability of Mimaki. The super wide printing width of 3.25m (128 inches) and the highest resolution of 720 x 1,440dpi enable printing of large, high quality, close view signage. Additionally, both double sided and mesh prints are now possible. Many new leading features such as secure media feeding of both heavy and light-weight rolls, unlock new business opportunities.
Mesh Printing innovation
An ink tray receives excess ink which passes through the mesh therefore avoiding the requirement of a liner. Ink in the tray is automatically raked out to enable longer printing without concern about ink overflow (option).

| JF Series, Large Format UV Curable Flatbed Printer
With a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi and variable dot printing (6 pl minimum dot size), JF series deliver near photographic image quality. Clear liquid provides a glossy finish on the media and improves colour fastness. Built-in automatic head protection function prevents head strikes and crashes due to media distortion. With UV technology, the inks are completely cured (dried) on the printer, prints can be handled immediately.
With the installed IC chips, ink levels can be checked at a glance. You can select either an 8-color set or a 4-color set. With the installed roll hanger, you can print rolled substrates as well. |

W8-Colour Ink Achieves Accurate Sharp Colour Reproduction
Tx2-1600 can mount ink variations for a total of 8 colours including 4 basic colours (CMYK) and 4 special colours. Ink that suits your application can be selected from reactive, acid and disperse dye ink variations.
8-Colour Multi-Head Enabling Switching Between 1-Way and 2-Way Print Modes
Tx2-1600 uses an 8-colour multi head with a front and rear rank stagger arrangement. The front and rear rank heads have independent ink supply systems for each, allowing selection of the 1-way print mode using ink of the same type or the 2-way print mode using ink of a different types. |
